Debra Osofsky has practiced law for more than 25 years during which time she litigated a variety of matters while with a prominent California based law firm and subsequently advocated, negotiated and trained with the Air Line Pilots Association in Washington, D.C. Ms. Osofsky has served as the Executive Director of AAUP-UMNDJ in New Jersey; and as the National Director of News and Broadcast for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists in New York.
Ms. Osofsky currently teaches labor negotiations with Cornell University’s Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. She has also taught at Rutgers University and has served as a consultant to individuals and organizations on negotiations, contracts, employment policies and related matters. She is admitted to practice law in California and District of Columbia Bars and specializes in labor and employment matters.
